Q: What's the price?

A: Our price will be offer the best which is based on your design file or our own design and the quantity. If you have target price, we will provide you solution to achieve it.

Q: Do you have minimum order quantity?

A: Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. Different product has different MOQ, plz contact us to get it. Thank you.

Q: Can you provide the relevant documentation?

A: Yes, we can provide most documentation including Insurance, Origin, and other export documents where required.

Q: What is the lead time?

A:  For sample, the lead time is 7-10days. For the bulk production, the lead time is about 30-45 days after receiving your order. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit (if have), and (2) we have your final approval for the preproduction sample.

Q: What kinds of payment method do you accept?

A: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.

Q: How about the shipping fee?

A: We accept designed forwarder. If you are no long-term cooperation forwarder, we can recommend. The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
